Ive orders a parcel on the 12 feb 2021 to be delivered on the 13 feb 2021 ive evan payed for the same day delivery fee just to get a message for rescheduled for 7pm today and then after i get another message that it will obly be delivered on monday 15 feb then why did i pay the same day delivery fee thats really unprofessional on there size they dont phone to say whats happening they really news to work on the customer service
