Takelot, as it says in the name....

So you receive a coupon for R299, you have to pay for delivery, decide to spend R1500 to waiver the delivery cost of R60. They supply the incorrect item. You return an item worth R299 and get credited R99, couple of calls you get a voucher for R299 but you have to spend R450 to use the voucher plus delivery. Couple of calls,new voucher, same story. Couple of calls, emails , end up with credit of R99 that is used towards the credit of the item selected for replacement as they cant supply the same item. Bottom line, the coupon is worth ****, a company this big and they cannot understand decent business ethics/practice. I wont be bac*****! And i cannot delete my details off of their database!!!!
