Takelot are losing it.

I placed an order with Takealot. They only delivered 1 of the two items ordered. I logged a return / refund. They wanted to pick up the whole parcel to investigate. In the investigation they found the one item not delivered due to no stock available. Takelot refunded me for the one piece that they did not delivered, but not for the one item they picked up for their investigation. It's been a week and they cannot tell me why they are not refunding me or delivering the item that they took back.
