Takelot are Con Artists parading as an online store !!!!

<p>After sending me a **** product 4 times, Takealot will not give me my money back. I waited for 3 days while they fumbled & made no effort at customer service. Now they expect me to wait 5 more days to refund my money, even though they made mistake. Bad customer service, no product knowledge, seems like the interview process at Takealot is a check for pulse. </p>
