Takelot and their *********** deliveries

Everytime I buy something with Takelot the delivery guy always says they did not find me on the phone while my phone is in my hand the whole day...They feel they don't want to make deliveries anymore then come up with lame excuses. They're doing this to me for the 4th time now..
