#Takelot and #M-Audio are the PITS!!!!!!

I bought a pair of M-Audio BX4 Studio Monitors, from the onset the speakers were delivered on the 30th of October they have been DEFECTED as they giving a clicking sound even when used on low volumes. So i returned the speakers in line with takealot.com Returns Policy however when they were evaluated they were declined due to them being unboxed.

How was i going to see that what i have purchased is working without opening and most importantly switching them ON since these are considered an electrical appliance. I have since tried to get this matter resolved with no luck in which i ended up speaking to 7 if not 8 different people namely Chumisa; Mishka x2; Khwezi, Samuel, Khanya and Celeste however all of them are saying that they will escalate this issue to get it resolved keeping in mind that i am on my 4th week calling them with my airtime to get this resolved.

I starting to think that M-Audio Monitors are either below customer standards or takealot does not really care whether their customers are happy not.

I really hate TAKEALOT and i have been a long standing customer but right now never ever again with M-Audio products or takealot for that matter!!! the PITS!!!!!!
