Takelot and lack of customer service

I ordered from takealot quite frequently during this lockdown period. Purely for convenience. What I have come to realize with a shocknis that as soon as you have any problems with the items you bought from them they are vey quick to say not our problem. Go contact the people you bought the item from. I bought it from takealot. One customer you have lost and I will recommend that anyone considering using the service rather not unless you want to throw away your money.
