Takelot allows third party vendor to cancel order to hike price immediately

I ordered a Rowpow golf cart lithuim battery from Takelot on 30 January 2025. I paid immediately and was given a delivery date. 5Days later my order was cancelled due to "stock not available", yet the advert was still on Takelot website, only now it was R6000 more. I contacted Takelot and the were not helpful at all. It is clear that they allow practices from third party vendors to exploit aand **** customers this way. I didn't want a refund, I just want the order fulfilled at the price I paid for it. No more, and I expected Takelot to look at the time line and see that once they found a buyer, it was easier to cancel the order and immediately place new stock at a higher price. One would think that Takelot would take this to heart, but unfortunately the prefer to pretend that Third party sellers on their platform are entitled to do whatever they feel. What then is the use of going through Takelot? African violet will get a review as well, but it doesn't change the ****.
