TAKELOT

I have ordered a Salton water filter and cooler. After one month, when the filter need to be exchanged, I got the bad news from TAKELOT that you do not sell the replacement filters. Neither do anyone in South Africa.

My problem is now after a month I cannot return my purchased item, but I only realized after a month that you sold something to me that would only last a month. I bought a WATER FILTER COOLER which after a month is only a water cooler.

Does that sound fair to you? Now you refuse to take it back after a month, but you did not gave me a fair chance to find out that you do not sell the replacements.
