Takelot ****

I ordered a tablet from takealot. Paid and received delivery. Only, it was partially delivered as not all items as advertised were delivered. I requested for the undelivered items to be sent to me but was informed that I had to return the complete item and will be sent a replacement within 7 days. I returned the package and received an email after 2 days saying my account has been credited with the money I paid. If I want the same item, I now have to pay more. This was false advertising and I expect the correct item to be sent to me as I have already paid. It seems that this is done on purpose by Takealot to force people to not supply the correct advertised goods and force people to pay more for an item they have actually already purchased.
