Bought a food processor and had bad luck after 6 attempts to get a workable processor, I ask to be refund. I paid R1099 for a Kenwood and Russell Hobs models and after 4 which was not working, they are only refund me R525 and keep R574. They definitely buy rejects and try to sell it to the public and when asking your money back they keep more than half of it.
