Takelot

Good day I placed an order with takelot on the 18th of May everything was in stock and up to now i haven't received my order. I've send multiple emails and everytime i get the same story that its the courier company and they wait for feedback, as soon as they get feedback from the courier they will get in contact with me. I not to sure how long does it take to pick up a phone and get hold of the courier company. This is unacceptable to wait more than a month for a order when they say 4 to 5 working days. Since the 11th of June there is no tracking on the app of my order. Hope you can help me resolve this matter.
