Takelot- 1 month to deliver some books?!

I ordered books for my children and was initially told it would take a week which I thought was uprising long as I'm used to other e-retailers that offer same day delivery . They rescheduled the delivery twice and I only got my books almost 4 weeks later. Not happy, I order books from Amazon to SA regularly and it takes quicker and is often cheaper, thought I'd try Takelot but last I'll ever use them!
