Takelaot - Bad Service and Long resolution time goin on a month!

<p>Returns references RRN-429b-5e2c and RRN-b7b0-8dd4 - Ordered a much needed laptop charger on Order # ********** 26 Jan 2017 of which took ages to be delivered. When delivered it was faulty. Followed Takelaots return procedure, they collected a while back and now tell me they are still processing the return! I have called and emailed a number of times! Stilll no resoluitiobn and no refund to my account! I have no charger Takealot and you are taking ages to sort out a small issue! Please stop taking your time! Your poor respopnse and slow service is causing a huge inconvenience! Almost a month now! Very bad service!</p>
