Takearot - can't wait for Amazon

I ordered a Christmas Tree - the product that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the takealot.com website, half the branches missing and not nearly as lush. Requested a collection and refund - waited all day Tuesday 12th December (the scheduled pick up date) and no one showed up, but I got a message saying the pick up had been rescheduled to Wednesday 13th - in spite of the fact I'd been home all day waiting. Complained to customer service and asked that they give me a smaller time window (e.g. 2-hours) rather than making me wait another whole day. There response was "it will be collected before 5pm on the 13th". Useless. Waited all day on the 13th - they didn't show up again. Got a message at 5:22pm saying the collection had been re-scheduled to Thursday the 14th! I';m not waiting another whole day for these *********** people. I want my money back - you'll find your product is in the street when you bother showing up.
