Takealot....yes you take it all

I bought a set of 3 Shoo Fly rechargeable fans to bring with me to Mauritius. I collected the parcel wrapped in clear plastic with the name Shoo Fly on the box. No other markings. I popped them into my shipping container. On unpacking it last week I wanted to take them out the package and was looking for the charging cable. What I discovered was that Takealot had supp**** me with battery operated ones. I have made contact with them and escalated to their call center manager only to be told sorry nothing we can do for you. Not even credit me for the difference in price. What I have is way cheaper then the ones I paid for. Just " the matter is closed and there is nothing we can do". Amazon is going to eat Takealot for breakfast if this is their level of customer satisfaction
