Takealot/Verimark

1 must say that I am totally unimpressed with Takealot as well as verimark. I purched a cyclone minimax vacuum cleaner from Takealot a lot during early March 2022, by the end of September 2022 the said vacuum would not clip in correctly. I logged s cplaiht with Takealot who collected the vacuum from me on 25 September 2022. I was informed that if would ve sent to the supplier for evaluation, I requested for the cacuum to ve replaced, after waiting fir z considerable amount of time for either replacement of teoair it was returned to me eventually on or about 24 October 2022. The said cyclone vacuum cleaner gaa broken down again. I am not sure who yo contact as I can't get hold of Takealot. SERIOUSLY CHEESED OFF.
