Takealot...Took alot of my money and no item delivered

Order ***2 Terrible service, getting no response from takealot for an order that was never delivered, I was suppose to receive 2 boxes for one order, and only received 1 box...Takealot confirmed that a parcel was lost in transit, and said they will arrange a replacement order. Replacement order was issued for the wrong items which i already have in my possession and now still dont have all my items for which i payed for in full, and the replacement is completely cancelled. I feel they have ****** my money...
