Takealot.....the name says it all!!!!!

With the takealot wharehouse in Cape Town a stone throw away from my office would expect good service. However, talk about really poor customer service. I ordered an external hard drive. Delivery date was confirmed as 22/11/2017 before 17h00. Delivery guy came....wrong item ( really...how difficult can it be). I organized my day so that I could be available for the delivery. Numerous phone calls I was assured it would be delivered before 17h30. Needless to say, 17h30 and still waiting. On phoning their problem of delivering the incorrect item was made my problem. One excuse upon another. Well done takealot, you lost a customer in me and I will definitely SING your poor service praises wherever I can and go and give feedback. Personally.....your customer service SUCKS!!!!
