Takealot/Tevo

I bought a vacuum cleaner through Takealot, when I got absolutely no assistance from Tevo, I contacted Takealot directly. Initially I was so impressed with them,they promised to pick it up before 5 the following day...... That was Monday, every day I phone only to be told it will be picked up the next day, and it never happens, they cannot give me a time, so I am to understand I need to wait for a courier yet again today, with no indication as to when he will be here, not even complaining about the fact that for the past 5 weeks I have been without a vacumm cleaner.
