If I could give -5 out of 10 I would. I ordered a law textbook two weeks ago scheduled to arrive yesterday and instead received a hardware bag? I have had no feedback other than to send pictures of the item after logging return online. Its been more than 24 hours now and I was told that after the returns department gets in touch they would solve the problem within 24 hours. After trying to email them again today they don't respond and they don't answer their phones. Im now sitting with a hardware bag and without a book which I paid almost R700 for !
