Takealot...take a long time...take your money

I place an order on Sunday 17 May for a table tennis table. It was the SNT standard table tennis table combo. The combo included: 1 x table 1 x net 4 ***** 4 bats I received a sms stating that the order would be delivered before 17:00 on 20 May. Nothing was delivered on the 20th. I followed up that evening with Takealot, they responded to say that they will follow up with the courier. After numerous emails from me to them the table was delivered on Monday 25 May. The order that was delivered only included the table and the net. I immediately contacted Takealot to inform them that I did not receive the bats and the *****. No response received from them to date. I paid R3579.00 for a combo set, what I received is not a combo and the client service from Takealot is substandard.
