Takealot/SKYNET

Husband and i have ordered thousands of rands with takealot before and never a problem. Last week we ordered and saw that on there site it says order delivered but we recieved nothing. Contacted them to say that this was the case and wanted to know who signed for it.... We didnt. After calling again we now recieved a mail saying skynet says it was delivered sorry.... I knew that is what it said my problem isbit wasnt delivered to us and its not a cheap item 2200 who is responsible for this now????
