Takealot's Voucher Policy is a **** - They Keep Your Money on Returns

I am writing to warn other customers about a deceptive practice I've experienced with Takealot's refund process. I purchased two items: a toy and a dog muzzle. I used a voucher specifically for the toy, as the voucher terms clearly stated it could not be used on any other items. When I returned the muzzle, which was a separate item, Takealot refused to refund me the full price. They incorrectly deducted the entire voucher value from my refund, claiming it was a general discount on the order. This is a ****. Their own invoices, which I have in my possession, clearly show the voucher discount was app**** only to the toy and not the muzzle. This proves that I paid the full price for the muzzle and should be refunded the full amount. Takealot is using a flawed interpretation of their own policies to withhold money from customers.
