This entire saga has been beyond frustrating and, it's genuinely disheartening. I had planned to use the Urban Glide X3 to zip between different offices at work, keeping it in my car for an easy, quick commute. Instead, thanks to this never-ending mess, I'm stuck walking around and losing the convenience I was relying on.And it doesn't stop there.

I was counting on this scooter for an upcoming business trip as well. Now that's ruined too. I didn't get to enjoy any of the benefits I'd planned because of these repeated back-to-back failures.Takealot, this is unacceptable.

You need to step up, honor the original deal, and fix this once and for all.
