Takealots unreliable courier service

I made an order with them online they said the goods would be delivered Thursday before 3pm nothing arrived I followed up they said driver could not find location. They then said they would deliver before 12pm Friday they did not. I called to findout I was told driver would be there in 10mnts I called them at 2pm was told the driver had a tyre puncture but was in the vicinity I asked to get the drivers exact location so I can personally go fetch. I was told they would get back to me no-one did I called again and spoke to Ana who yold me the driver was nowhere near me... I am so disappointed with takealot and their courier service as a whole.
