Takealot's Truth.

Disgusting and unhygienic service! Takealot had a sale recently for a l'oréal paris foundation which I purchased at almost 50% off. The foundation had me seemed normal at first, but a few days after using it, I noticed it started to separate in the bottle. Assuming that it was safe to use, I use it multiple times. After those uses, my face began to burn and break out in rashes. Small tiny red painful ****les. Thats when I realized that the foundation must be expired. I contacted takealot, being entirely civil about the matter, even offered to take a product replacement thinking that maybe it's just a bad batch. I proceeded to send the item back which was approved for a return. What a damn waste of time! The filthy workers "inspected" the product, deemed it unfit for a return cause it was "opened" and sent it back to me. Expecting that after it was contaminated at their warehouse that I would accept it. May anyone enlighten me on how would I know i would have a reaction to that allegedly expired product without testing it. Moreover why am I being told that I need to contact the manufacturer of the product for a refund?!?!?! Then why the hell is takealot selling these products? To **** us ? Takealot you have done a disservice.
