Takealot’s terrible quality and service!

Takealot sold me an ottoman is such bad condition. It has staples all over, torn patches and to top it off it was advertised as a different colour to what the product actually is. I have tried to return it but the drivers keep cancelling and coming with a vehicle not able to carry the load. They cancelled the return without informing me.
