Takealot's shoddy courier (Fast and Furious)

I have been a loyal customer of Takealot since 2017 and have been happy with my previous purchases. You get what you pay for and delivery dates are spot on. However I do not understand why such a company would make use of a courier service such as Fast and Furious. My parcel was bought and paid for on the 23rd of November 2018. My parcel arrived at the courier on the 30th. The delivery date was scheduled for the 3rd of December 2018. I have lodged a complaint with takealot and I am still waiting for feedback as to when my parcel will be delivered. As the tracking has last been updated 6 days ago. From other message boards it seems that I am not the only person that has complaints regarding fast and furious service. As a loyal customer please do not deliver my parcels through this courier service again. I hope my parcel arrives before Christmas
