Takealot were contacted and everything happened very quickly - the defective article was collected, the next day Takealot acknowledged receipt. Then we received notice of the replacement delivery. Very soon afterwards the replacement arrived. We were kept informed all the time and their service was accurate, punctual, and good.My wife was very impressed with their service.
