Takealot's Service Level Slowly Dropping.

Takealot used to function like a well oiled machine but I honestly feel the service is slowly deteriorating,Promised delivery on a certain day and never happens, turned away that the Return number provided by them is incorrect only to learn that person was new and did not know how the return number looked like. Credit now taking longer that before - checked all the previous credited items and it took 4 days the most to finalise credit, and now a week has gone by and no news on my credit on order ***. Takealot is not cheap, and most customers mainly buy there because of service and convenience, so drop the ball and suffer the consequences later.
