Takealots sells *****ulent Samsung Products

I was sold a *****alant Samsung S21 Phe by Takealot. I complained and they picked it up, I also forwarded the Transunion report proving it is *****ulent. Since the 20th of June 2023 I have been following up and every day I get a different story, the old run around. I get promised a supervisor will call me, still waiting for that call.

How can Takealot a Division of Naspers not vet their suppliers and sell *****ulent very expensive SAMSUNG equipment?
