Takealot's ******* services and management

I bought a microwave to take it overseas as a gift to my family which the airline didn't allow. I never break the seal and 3 days later i have returned it and ask for my refund. the courier guy received it in the packaging and after couple of days they brought me back a very old silver color microwave in a torn box!!!??? for 1.5 month i am fighting with Takealot to ask the collection of the wrong microwave and my refund but they dont bother and keep saying it was what i have returned. who is that much stupid to buy a white new microwave and after 3 days send back an old silver one and ask for a refund. i believe they don't have any control on their system and robbing people because of their mismanagement. ******* services and management!!!
