Takealot's Returns department has been ignoring me for a month, no progress is being made.

I've been trying to communicate with TakeAlot for a month now to get a refund on a faulty product that has stopped working after a few months. I'm getting no communication back form them, they keep ignoring my requests and nothing happens even when I follow up
