Takealots return service is absolutely horrific!

Had the worst experience with takealot returns. Absolutely disappointed with the customer experience. I logged a return for one item that took 3 weeks to be collected because they couldn’t send the correct vehicle for collection which lead to it being cancelled numerous times. Along with numerous emails and calls every single day to get feedback about the delay, which again was of no help until I started demanding they refund my card immediately which got the item collected after 3 weeks of frustration and a major inconvenience. Not to mention, the refund still takes 5-7 days!
