Takealot's Return Policy is Garbage

Not me going to Takealot returns & pick up point at their Fores**** branch, only to be told that I can't return an item there which I did not collect there. Mind you, this order (wrong order) was delivered to me 3 weeks ago and I immediately asked them to come fetch the order as it was not what I have ordered. I have been waiting for a whole 3 weeks to get the right order from them. When I got to their branch they have the audacity to tell me that they can't take the order as the people who delivered the order are responsible to take it from me, I have been waiting for a whole 3 weeks for that to happen, my money is already with them but I do not have my product. Takealot's return policy is garbage, I doubt I will ever buy anything from them after this madness.
