Takealot's refund / return service is pathetic!

Horrible service from Takealot. Last time I am buying from them.

I bought a TV on the 28th of January 2022, it was delivered on the 5th of February 2022 - 9:20am. I immediately opened the TV and noticed that it had a cracked screen. I logged a return, and it was fetched on the 7th of Feb 2022.

Today is the 17th of February 2022 and I have not received a replacement TV or refund.

Pathetic services!
