Takealot’s quality control issues

Disappointing experience with Takealot. Bought a ring twice due to leg issues, and both times it failed to hold my phone securely. Takealot's returns team blamed user damage, despite multiple customers complaining about the same issue in reviews. Poor quality control and lack of accountability. Demanding a refund, but beware of the design flaws and potentially lengthy returns process.
