Takealots ****py service

I returned a damaged desk 2 weeks ago . Told it needs to be a takealot box . Still waiting for the product to resend it back to them . I'm now told I logged a return too late after 7 days .when I logged a return within 5 days but the driver came with a scooter and couldn't do the pickup . Disputed the charge cause takealot associates don't know where the item is and apparently I can't get my refund so I disputed it with my bank .
