Takealots poor service

We recently bought a 65inch smart tv at takealot. Due to renovation taking place we locked the tv in a guest bedroom. Upon opening the tv and switching it on. We noticed a black ink square on the lcd we informed takealot and they had their drivers pic it up. They then informed us that they weren't going to replace and nor refund or credit our account as the tv was cracked. Is left our house without a scratch just that ink spillage on the screen. Such poor service delivery from what was once supposedly a good online company. Word of advice steer clear from takealot unless u plan on losing money in the proces of shopping...
