Takealots pathetic service

I have been having problems with my orders with Takealot. It's been delivered to me by a driver which uses his own private vehicle that wears torn clothes who has such a bad attitude. He has many times threw my items on the floor and my items have gotten damaged. Every time interacting with this driver he has something to say or passes comments that we must carry our own delivery. His shirt he wears has a label Mr D. Every time I report this driver to Takealot they don't respond with how the matter is resolved but e mail you how to rate their service. Every time I contact Takealot they say they won't send this driver but they do every time. I have sent back the items recently because the driver throws them to the floor and the bags got damaged and falls everywhere. Takealot promised to deliver the next day and they didn't. They called me on the day of the delivery but I didn't receive the items. When I contacted them to question them why my items were not delivered like promised, they said they the items were damaged during the delivery process. I will never buy anything from Takealot their service is very bad, they have the same stupid delivery guys and the same stupid agents that handle my complaints. They sent people to deliver your items with no proper delivery vehicle dressed like they were picked up from the street. My last purchase I received my items and the same guy delivered and all 3 bags were thrown many time and when I opened the bags after taken it home is was damaged. When you tell the driver not to throw the items to the ground he has bad attitude, I work in a Hospital and have to behave professional but if I had to receive this order at me residents, I would have hit this driver because of his attitude. I have complained more that 5 times now for all different deliveries but Takealot doesn't value their customers so I will not use this service anymore.
