Takealot’s pathetic service

Please be aware of takealot as I have had a bad experience . A few months ago , I deposited money into their account and I did not receive my order and when I did query they asked for proof of payment , when I had sent proof of payment it was not valid according to them. I’ve been emailing and contacting various people at takealot and they have done nothing about my money or order. Worst online shopping app by far !
