Takealot's pathetic courier service

Takealot courier service has had my parcel for 2 days, saying it is out for delivery and then say "they could not get hold of customer". This is a blatant lie. They have not even tried calling. No contact from Takealot at all. No apology. No attempt to get contact details, if that was missing. The service is dreadful. Seriously Takealot, what happened to you.
