TAKEALOT's Non-existent 'after sales service' is Unacceptable!!!

I am very unhappy with TAKEALOT's non-existent 'after sales service'!!! I bought a few things through them with which I was happy, but the problem came in when I purchased an Inverter for R 10,500.00. It lasted three months and when I contacted Takealot, they didn't seem interested in my problem at all. After many attempts they eventually gave me the supplier's details. The supplier told me that I abused the Inverter (which was NOT true) and that it wasn't under guarantee any longer and I should contact TAKEALOT again. I lost R10,500.00 and will never buy anything through TAKEALOT again. Between them and the Supplier, they play the Blame Game, wastes enough time for the guarantee to fall through, and the Customer has to loose out. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Furthermore, TAKEALOT didn't even bother to find out if the problem was sorted out. I would rather buy from the Supplier directly, at least then you know who you're dealing with.
