Takealot's next day delivery misery.

Worst service I've ever received from takealot, no communication and call centre agents are a bunch of ****s. They didn't communicate a delay on a delivery promised for the next day. They change the story each time you call in. A next day delivery and a week later they say they can't locate where the parcel is and I have to speak to the couriers, for what? when they can't trace it themselves....

I am so dissappointed by the whole takealot team.
