takealot's IT system or accounting system is botched

Their online system when they need to credit a person is botched. A credit refund sometimes seems to autoset to a credit token. This never happened before October 2022 but since then I hve been experiencing a lot of issues getting credit refunds fm takealot I even called their customer care line re a query fm Dec'22 to no avail What next? Report takealot to the Ombudsman? Takealot seems in no hurry to sort out its IT issues any time soon
