Takealot's Incompetence: Botched Collection and Inability to Verify Returns

Takealot's ongoing mishandling of my Samsung 65" TV return (Ref: MRRN-5A6GG-BMZ6) has been a nightmare. Despite arranging collections, they repeatedly sent unsuitable (small) vehicles, then claimed I returned a DVD Control unit instead of the OneConnect device that came with the TV. A simple Google search on the product would have shown the OneConnect device and its use with the TV. Their inability to validate returned products shows they don't know what they're selling. This level of incompetence is intolerable, and my attempts to reach out to them only result in them claiming to escalate the matter without any progress or resolution.
