Takealot's horrible after sale service on TV's. Think twice!!

People must take caution when buying electronics from Takealot as their after sale service leads one to regret why they even bought from them in the first place. Their TV product decides to screen upside down while it.is well within warranty. They then choose to drag their legs in assisting us. We keep getting notifications that th TV is.with the supplier and they telling us that it.will take 21days!! How on earth is that fair? Especially when all warranty conditions have been met? We had said we wish for a replacement why are we now subjected to stories of.the unit moving from department to department being evaluated? If the first department could not fix it how.the is next going to? They are messing us around and we resent that. Every day the kids are asking when the TV is coming back !! Really not fair
