Takealot's failure to deliver after spending 60K

I paid R60,000 for a DJI drone and waited 10 days for delivery. What arrived can only be described as a complete failure: a used, broken drone with no camera, no controller and the wrong batteries—all sealed in the original box.

I even delayed a work trip to wait for it, and this is what they sent me.

R60,000 later, I'm left with an unusable drone. Completely unacceptable. Logged a complained… but how is it possible to get it so wrong??
