Takealot's "don't care" attitude

After delaying my order several times, and then canceling one item (which was allegedly the reason for the delay), it is now impossible for me to receive the parcel at the address specified more than a month ago when I placed the order. However, Takealot is now stating that it is impossible to the change the address and if it can't be delivered it will be returned to them and the order cancelled!! This is pathetic to say the least in dealing with a situation that was created by Takealot, at no fault of my own. What makes it worse is that the contents of this parcel is the entire family's Christmas presents. Thanks for ruining that Takealot.
